Prior to this, he drove key financial metrics and managed multi-million euro SME and Key Account ledgers for major market players like Hays Recruitment Ireland and Bord Gáis Energy. Managing these massive portfolios gave Mirko invaluable, hands-on experience navigating specialized verticals, including professional recruitment, staffing, and the energy and utilities sectors.
